thriftyscientst Hi Jenna, could you please explain to me why you’ve updated your rating on your tignanello crossbody bag back down to two stars, weeks after receiving the product? I understand that you were displeased with the fact that the bag was wrapped in a plastic bag, but my dad (who shipped it for me) wanted to protect it against the rain. What else went wrong here?

thriftyscientst Jenna, I just saw your new feedback comment. I am sorry you were displeased with the state of the bag, but I did not find any scratches on the leather when I inspected it prior to shipping. Additionally, I’m not sure why you think it’s fair to rate me lower because I didn’t write a thank you note? I didn’t realize that was an expectation for people who are simply trying to resell a few pre owned items on the internet. How have you come to see this level of customization as a requirement?
