6kretail I have reached out to the other customer and to poshmark support. I can not believe I did this. The sweater was for another customer. Your items were shipped to them. I will be on this to get it corrected immediately.

6kretail The other package hasn’t began tracking yet and Im assuming was held up at the post office or returned to sender. I will go there first thing in the morning.

6kretail I went to the post office this morning and on Monday I will be receiving an image of the packages that was sent out that day. Please bare with me while I figure this out. You can throw out the sweater and I will refund the customer. She still has not responded or inquired as to why her item hasn’t shipped.

6kretail Poshmark support is also investigating and I even have the Post Master General investigating it as a crime. They say some packages have been stuck together but they will be able to say more Monday. There should be 4 times that all packages were photographed including the final drop off. I am prepared to give you a full refund on your items or replace them with what I have left.

6kretail I’m sorry this has extended so long I just left the post office again and received documentation that both packages were delivered to you. The sweater was delivered a few days ago and the book bag and purses were delivered 9/19/20 8:15am. If you would still like a refund kindly return the items and I will be glad to give you a refund again I’m sorry for this mistake.

mckeon0322 @6kretail The items are as described however they also smell I do not know if you keep them in an area where someone smokes or in a storage area that just has a smell to it but I literally have to put dryer sheets in each of them to get the smell out

acquittdapparel Hi there! I tried to accept your offer on the Armani top but it said there was a payment error. Usually it’s an expired card or bad CVV code. Posh should have sent you a notification as well. Once you complete purchase I can get shipped out!
