jenniferp078 @jay834 hi yes I just got home not long ago .. I’m a bit upset with the purchase I must admit :( .. the bag is cracking in certain places and in the picture it looks like in good condition but in person it looks worn out

It’s seem as if maybe it being in storage took affect on it .. can we figure something out because I’m not too comfortable with this purchase :( I’m sorry to be a pain

I’m sorry your not happy it’s a great bag. It still has a lot of life The last thing I want is for you to be unhappy love. There are no scratches tears or holes and the bag is as advertised.

1luxurydiva @jenniferp078 if you blow up pic in ad you will see the same thing you are presenting. I took Live Photo’s before shipping as well to protect my self with date and time. I do not mislead my buyers in advance. I will not send anything damaged. Just like I informed you of the initial shirt you purchased with damage. That item had been in my storage and transferred to another facility. I apologize for that and we came into agreement with another item to fill the order.
