brooksj80 @karissawhitney hi! I had made a custom order with this seller and we were corresponding but each time I asked how things were going I was told good and hoping to ship the next Monday and that was for almost 3 weeks. Poshmark actually refunded my money as a courtesy because I had been waiting so long. I didn’t want to cancel on the seller since I had requested a custom order I though it would be rude on my part as a buyer. I did reach out to customer service and to the seller again.

karissawhitney @brooksj80 thank you for your response. How long did it take for you to reach out to customer service? I wanted to cancel the order but poshmark says I can’t till it’s been 7-10 days due to the coronavirus. I bought a cup for my mom who’s a RN and wanted to give something special for Mother’s Day THATS been working with patients that have it but looks like I will never get the cup.
