justine_steph As soon as Poshmark has the $ from the buyer you receive an email with the shipping label and use USPS priority box or envelope to ship. Once the buyer receives the item they have 3 days to click Accept Delivery or to file a dispute- as soon as they click Accept then you get another email the $ is available to you, if they never click Accept then the $ is released the 4th day after delivery.

justine_steph @rodeoqueen17 Yes you print the shipping label, pack the item(s), some people include a card and then you take it to ship. If the package is greater than 5lbs, you contact Poshmark and they’ll have you pay for the extra ship fee and email a new, updated label.
