traceyb927 @jscungio24 Hi! I read your rating. I am sorry that you are unhappy. I purchased the bag pre-owned and it has pretty much sat in the box it came in. I will accept the return, except you accepted the bag, and I am not sure how that works, through posh. I have sold several bags and have received excellent ratings for each one. Please, advise what I can do to resolve this and make you happy?

jscungio24 @traceyb927. Hi. The bag is Beautiful! But the smell I don't think will ever completely come out.....i have the bag open now hoping to get the smoke smell out. But I don't think it will. It's a pretty strong smell. I only purchased a few items with poshmark so I wasn't aware not to accept and then voice concerns at the same time. I wrote to their customers service asking for advise. Keep you posted.

jscungio24 Hi. Well I heard back from poshmark and I was told to keep the bag. I heard of this product with a charcoal deodorizer that I purchased to try to remove the smell. I do love the bag and i am hopeful the smell will go away. Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconvience.
