stephcoller Hi Jennifer i can’t believe that happened to the bag and i didn’t notice it. Looks like they reimbursed us both and let u keep item so if u would like Me to order you the stain remover to take That off i can send it to u amazon prime. Let me know it’s called carbona ink marker and crayon
