Hi! I’m not sure why your scarf is not scanned in by USPS yet. I shipped it the same day and the others items that went out have delivered. I’ll give it until Monday and then go to the post office to see if they’ve found a package with a label issue. Thanks for your patience. ✨🙏🏼✨

@jengirl35 Hi again! I went to my post office and they said it's definitely not there. The postmaster (I live in a small town) said that sometimes a package gets missed locally but goes out to the distribution center and will eventually get scanned. I did report it to Poshmark, so they're aware. Sorry that this got delayed. Hopefully, it will show up in the next couple of days.

@jengirl35 hi! I notified them on Tuesday and sent them an email yesterday. There’s actually an option in the order problem section. Apparently, this kind of thing happens. You won’t be charged unless it arrives. It’s a bummer b/c you want it, it’s in new condition and I’m out if they lost it. They’ll probably reach out to you as well.
