bml101198 @stewart827 I washed in in cold water and hung it to dry and there are no feathers in the lower back side panels. The coat is completely flat. How old was this coat?

bml101198 The whole jacket is like that-completely flat. I saw one of these in the store today and it has much more body to it.

stewart827 @bml101198 the coat I got two winters ago, there isn’t much for fluff to them I have the same one in white. I dry them on low with tennis balls to fluff them up.

bml101198 @stewart827 I am disappointed in the purchase. I can’t even feel down in the panels of the body. I have a couple down for it all gears and they are nowhere like this in their appearance after being washed. Are you willing to refund/let me return this item?
