jfontana1988 @steelergirl007 I have had this happen before where it randomly arrives at the next post office location. I have to go to the post office today. I will see what they say, the other items dropped off at the same time are all showing accurate tracking. I’m so sorry about this!!

steelergirl007 Hi there how do I go about getting a refund. I never received the product and the post office states the item was never brought to them only the label was printed. Truly hate this for my first experience with Poshmark.😩

jfontana1988 @steelergirl007 I’m so sorry! I was able to contact support and the order has been refunded. I have had it happen where the item didn’t start tracking but did eventually show up to the customer after the refund. I do hope this item does start tracking soon! Thank you
