elsiecreek Oh no!!! My mistake on the shoe size!! I’m so sorry! Can you open a case, and I will accept the return. Totally my fault and oversight!! Otherwise, you are welcome to use my photos to resell them yourself, but I’d rather just make you whole with a refund… gosh, I’m sorry!

elsiecreek I got a reply back from posh support and they were kind, but said I couldn’t intervene on my end, and that you would have to contact them via support and could initiate a return that way. I am truly sorry and feel so bad, AND I’m grateful for how gracious you’ve been about it!
