leah815 Hi!! I just got your rating for the black bag that you bought from me that I made 20$ from and was wondering why you only gave me 4 stars and wrote “could improve” . There was absolutely nothing wrong with the bag, it was wrapped safely and nice, and I’m pretty sure I included a thank you note. I don’t know if you know that when you give someone a rating that’s not 5, it brings down their entire score. So can you tell me what I did wrong, or could have done better.

dogbone93 @leah815 hi, I changed your rating to 5, wasnt trying to hurt your rating. I expected a few scuffs on the bottom which I can see in the pics , that’s fine, but there was a noticeable(to me)white color place on back of purse not shown, I’m sure it’s just scuffing or a water mark maybe. I tried to clean it off, it’s not terrible but definitely think It would be worth taking pics of all sides of items.
