I will look today whenever I get a chance I have a 3 yr old so hard to spend much time oh that wants to look but I will look separately for some reason I seem to move things in different places sometimes but I looked through three bins of tumblers that I had and it wasn’t there so confused of why it’s not set an I found one of the other ones separately

I sent you a message as well, but I wanted to apologize for the broken item upon receiving it! ugh, that's the worst! however, Poshmark has a policy stating "You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Poshmark app or website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment" you did not have to accept the order or "waste money"!

torilopez93 I don't want a buyer to waste any money at all- which is why I price things fairly and offer great discounts. all you have to do is send them photos of the damage and open a claim. unfortunately, though since you accepted the order they cannot do anything. "Please do not mark this item as received until we have advised you with how to proceed. Once the funds are released to the seller, we are unable to reverse it and honor a return."
