lakeluregirl I tried the top on and measured around the bust and it was 39 and right under my bustline was 32.5. The top has elastic under the bustline so it stretches a little. I would say it is a true small. It is so stinkin' cute. I made a bundle for you. If anything works, let me know. Thanks for your intrest !!🥰🥰🤗
