jennbs_closet @bbglassgirl Hi! I dropped it at post office yesterday but I haven't gotten a "started tracking" notice yet. I'm hoping it starts tracking today! If not, I'm not quite sure how to handle that. I'll have to see if poshmark support has any advice. Thx for letting me know your timeline so I can stay on top of this

jennbs_closet @bbglassgirl Here's the tracking I have but it's still showing as not shipped. I have marked it as" shipped but not tracking" via poshmark and someone is supposed to get back to me with advice on how to proceed asap. I will let you know as soon as I hear something. jennbs_closet @bbglassgirl no problem! It's my job as a seller to deal with this. I did hear back from poshmark and they say wait until may 29 to see if it turns up, after that they can provide assistance with the next step. I know that doesn't help you with your need of the item by Friday so I'm not sure what to do. I can cancel the order but it may turn up to you at some point. I just don't know. I'm willing to proceed however you'd like.

jennbs_closet @bbglassgirl funny - I'll be out of town for a week too starting Monday (you may notice my shop on vacation hold if you check) but I can check poshmark and email and will stay on top of this and see if there are any updates as well as contact poshmark after the 29th if nothing has changed. Let me know if it happens to show up or you have any other questions. We'll get it sorted out one way or another.

bbglassgirl @jennbs_closet I put in tracking number for Notifications, and the status says that postage was purchased on May 20., but they haven’t received your package. From the comments, it sounds like if you call the facility where you dropped it off, or go by there, to inquire, it may suddenly scan in. I was hoping that tracking it would call some attention to the fact that somebody’s watching, but so far, nothing! Would you mind inquiring before you go on vacation?

jennbs_closet @bbglassgirl shoot! I'm actually on my way to airport right now. So, obviously it hasn't shown up. When do you leave on your trip? I will see if maybe there's an inquiry I can do online with usps. I guarantee I will either track it down or get you your money back at some point! If at any point you're tired of dealing with this just let me know and I think I can cancel the order so you won't get charged.

I think we probably just cancel the order but I've contacted poshmark support to make sure. I'm so sorry this happened. jennbs_closet @bbglassgirl Have you checked to see if you have the refund, or possibly it will just not show up as a charge? On my end, the order shows as cancelled - done by poshmark support, not me. They said you should automatically receive your refund when they cancelled it.
