tessemess Hi Jennifer! I wanted to let you know that while I was packaging your Toms wedges I noticed that the blue suede had started showing white faded spots on the front straps of the shoes. I think they must just have been stored too long, and I wanted to give you the opportunity for a refund. I wouldn't want to send you shoes in anything less than the condition they were originally listed in over the summer. :) Please let me know what you think and we can go from there. Thank you!

tessemess @jenniferboarman Hi there, I'm sorry for the delay! I think they just look like they're distressed suede, although one shoe is more noticeably so than the other just looking at them up close. They're also not as bright blue as they used to be when I took those pictures over the summer.

tessemess @jenniferboarman oh shoot I missed this comment too! Poshmark won’t let me update the listing with pics, and it won’t let me attach a picture to my comments either. We could try email? I also have to ship today since it’s been a few days since your purchase. I could send them to you, and if you decide you don’t want them you have three days after it’s been delivered to initiate a return/refund. I’m sorry this has been such a hassle! Thank you for being so patient.

tessemess Hey again Jennifer! So I’m going to cancel your order and relist it with the new pics of the shoes. I would rather do that then send them to you and make you go through the hassle of returning them if you don’t want them. Unfortunately I have to cancel the irregular choice shoes too, since Posh makes me cancel the whole bundle. I’ll relist those too and put them on hold for you so you can buy them again if you still want them. Thank you for all of your patience, I really appreciate it!
