whatthefind @pottermamma Good morning and thank you for your order of the Clarks shoes! I went to pull the item to prepare it for shipping and I noticed in that lighting that the shoes appeared navy. I then looked at them in several forms of lighting and I have to conclude that I believe they are actually dark navy, not black. I have to cancel your order so I can correct the listing, but if you're still interested, please send me an offer for $10 and I'll accept to make up for the error. Thank you! - Monica

whatthefind @pottermamma Oh shoot... right after re-listing the shoes (as navy), they sold to someone else and I don't want to have to cancel a second order, but I also want to make things right with you because if I hadn't messed up the listing in the first place, none of this would have happened.
