jennifersimeone @katelynb9 hi I actually do have a question...how do you see people’s comments? I think I received a comment from someone about something I’m selling but I can’t access it. Thanks for your help!

katelynb9 @jennifersimeone if your on the app you can click where the notifications pop up( bottom of the screen second to the right) . At the top of the screen you will see tabs labeled comments, likes, bundles, offer, and so on; you can scroll them left to right. For me(iPhone) it’s the second one. I’m not sure for android. I have personally found the app is way more user friendly then the computer site. On the site I’m honestly still not 100% I typically just use my phone. Way better user interface.

jennifersimeone @katelynb9 thank for your help and getting back to me 😊 I’m using the app on my iPad and I do see the different tabs and I do see one for comments but all I see are your comments. Maybe the person deleted it? I do see what looks like a comment on the dress I posted but I can’t view it. Maybe that doesn’t mean a comment? Haha I’m learning since I’m new lol

katelynb9 @jennifersimeone I’d love to know how they deleted it! It should definitely be there if it says there is one. But just because I haven’t figured out how to delete doesn’t mean you can’t! It’s no problem at all by the way!! I do know there have been some updates in the last few days and I have likes from people that when I click them they are gone. Some glitches have been happening.

jennifersimeone @katelynb9 lol too funny! I’m sure I’m wrong lol I thought I saw something come up. They don’t give you much time to get up and running lol I really appreciate all of your help. So really the only place for comments would be under the comments tab, right?

katelynb9 @jennifersimeone that I’m aware of yes. You could also try looking through your email. I have emails sent when I get comments so if you do as well it will have the history there. You could be able to click it and bypass the glitch. Last resort look through every post you have for a comment.

Although I can tell you always takes me > 30 minutes, I do try to do it as much as possible, and it does really help with sales. Also, I get no compensation for putting this out there.
