Hi there! I noticed the tracking for your Victoria Secrets Tote has not started yet. I don’t know why but I’ll be checking with my mail lady today to see what’s going on. You should have gotten the tracking on the day I shipped it. I’m so sorry for the delay I’ll be stopping by to see what’s going on after work just wanted to let you know I’m on it!

@linushart Good morning! Yes the package was found! My mail person contacted me yesterday to tell me that one of her customers who came in to pick up her packages had it. Apparently it had fallen into the wrong out going box. So she’s going to send it out first thing to tomorrow and personally hand it to the mail carrier. Thank u so much for your patience I’m so sorry I feel horrible that it has taken this long to go out but I’m so glad an honest person returned it!🙏🏽😊

@linushart One of my buyers just notified me that she received your order so the mail lady not only repacked your item but mixed up the labels with another order I took to her. I don’t do business this way as you can tell from my reviews and ship time. Words can’t express how sorry I am I will have a new label created for her tomorrow and send it to her to ship your bag to you. You will be receiving her shoe purchase and I can send u a label as well to send them to her. My deepest apologies😔

@linushart Good morning the best way to resolve this is through Posh so a case was opened and Posh will send each of you new labels so that when you get the other buyers shoes you can put the label on and just ship it. I’m so embarrassed and sorry about all this😞

@linushart I know it’s absolutely crazy and I’m sorry, like I said this isn’t the norm for me. I can’t cancel the order but a case is open to correct the matter. I know how u must feel and you’ve been more than patient and understanding. I have another large VS bag that I can send you as a free gift for having to deal with all this. I can send it to you and you’ll still receive your original purchase. I’d love to try and make this right.
