robynridge Hi Jennifer You have been so helpful to me, welcoming me and explaining things I did not know. I have two more questions for you. Can you only say your item is boutique if you bought it from the Poshmark wholesale store. Is there any other way to have a boutique item. Second, I was going to tell you how clean and crisp your closet appears, very desirable. Do you use an app to erase the background.?

jennifertayl645 @amboxwell Hi Ann! I have reached out to Poshmark support for assistance. I used the shipping label they provided and the package was dropped off at the USPS one day after you purchased. The package never started tracking. Although this has occurred a couple of times with other packages, they were eventually delivered. I’m hoping that Poshmark Support will help us determine next steps. If the package didn’t make it to you, it should have been returned to me.....

Maybe you should go into your purchases in the app and open a case with Poshmark letting them know you haven’t received your order. I am so sorry this has happened!

I am very hopeful that they will show up or be returned to me. If they are returned, I will send them out to you ASAP!
