Hi, Jennifer. Hope this note finds you well. I strive to make all my Posh Shoppers Happy. I interested in what I could have done better on Cleanliness, Packaging and Shipping time. If you look at the day your item was shipped, it would be next business day. I ship everything next business day. Your order was Sunday, I shipped on Monday and you have it today, Thursday. Best I can do. Cleanliness??? Item is brand new in plastic. Best I can do. Packaging was new USPS packaging material.

@jj0518 I totally understand, as my mom actually reported me to Poshmark on accident when she was looking at my closet. I was on the phone with her and she was freaking out. I thought it was funny to be reported by my mom. Thank you for changing it. I am so VERY glad you are happy, that is the most important thing.

hi dear. I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience. The product is brand new. I taped the pump down so that it won't open during the shipment since these moisturizers do not come with the box. But I assure you that it was brand new. I am sorry that the pump is not working since I never checked it. I do not have another same one but I do have a different one if you want I can send you that you just pay shipping. Again I apologize for everything.
