I love fashion and design, and have collected a LOT of clothes over the years. Everything I sell is from my own closet and shelves - I am doing this for fun and to "rehome" things that no longer fit me or my lifestyle. Now also cleaning out my husband's closet! Day job: I work in women's mental health policy, specifically focused on women Veterans. I share a home office with Toro, a large, shy, very furry, black dog who spends most of the day sprawled out and snoring under my desk.

jlsandtoro Ack - I must have confused your package with another order! I can't believe I did that and am moderately horrified. Please give me a day or two to figure out a solution. I'll check with Poshmark customer service now to see what they recommend as the easiest solution. Geez, I am SO SORRY!!

jlsandtoro @rachelpozwick3 I'm checking in to see if Poshmark has been in touch with you yet about my post office misfire. They should provide you with a prepaid mailing label so that you can return the items to me. Would you mind giving me an update? I reported this the day you alerted me to the problem so I know that Poshmark is aware, but I can't tell on my end if they've been in communication with you yet. Again - sorry for the headache and thank you!

jlsandtoro @rachelpozwick3 : Hello again! I have not heard back from Poshmark since 1/4/21. They should provide you with a prepaid label to return the misfire to me AND refund you the $ you paid for the item that has gone missing in the mail. I would really appreciate an update and am hoping you're having better luck than I am!

cosmo60 So sorry that the jar wasn’t perfect! Never noticed any mark on it, really haven’t used it for years and it was packed away. I hope you are still able to enjoy it.

jlsandtoro @cosmo60 Hello again! I'm relieved to know that you didn't know about the mark before shipping. I've revised my written review to soften the language. I also accepted the order the day it arrived but it looks like it's still pending acceptance? Hmmm - I am not rejecting the purchase - the funds should go through. In my profile pictures above I've added a few pictures so that you can see what I'm talking about. I will take them down in a few days after you've had a chance to see them.

cosmo60 Oh I definitely didn’t see that! So sorry! Maybe it will come off. I really haven’t used it in many years, I had it packed away and we were cleaning out our attic and came across it. It was always so pretty I thought someone would enjoy it. Lol my husband took the pics and most likely never noticed!
