Hi there! I see you have canceled your purchase of UGG slippers. These shipped days ago so I am not sure what to do. I can’t get them back as they are en route to you. I am not sure why there is no tracking. I am very sorry.

@lucytraetto ok. I don’t know what to do anymore either. I still haven’t received them. This has never happened before. How do we let Poshmark know to keep it active then?

@jenn6551 this has happened to me a few times now. There is no tracking then all of a sudden they get delivered. Canada Post just tells me it’s because they are so busy. Bad excuse. I am not sure but I have notified poshmark that I had already shipped days ago. Let’s see what they say I guess.

@jenn6551 hi again, apparently Poshmark said the shipment has started tracking - so proves that I did ship. They said they would notify you.

I am so sorry about the sizing - I am not sure how that happened. I checked the photo and it’s not clear so I must have assumed they were 8 because they fit my foot and I am normally an 8 or so. My apologies.

Hi Jennifer. I apologize for not sending you the makeup. I have been ill and so has my mother. I am putting my store on holidays until January 1st. If you wish to reorder then please add another item under $10 for free. I will charge you for the makeup only. This is a first for me and I want to make things right. Again, my apologies.
