@lindseyzmann hello! Yes I just picked up as I was in isolation due to covid, I tried to mark as wrong item but since it has been over 72 hours since delivery it now says the order is complete :(

@jennyj216 No worries- I submitted the request that I sent the wrong item first so it tells me that you will need to submit it on your end now to resolve it.

@lindseyzmann I would love to do this but I don’t have the option as it says since it has been over 72 hours since delivery Poshmark takes the order and marks it complete, I no longer have the option to put problem with order I just tried
