ilostweight @amyreale21 I have been using the Weight Watchers app. I don’t go to meetings and just weigh myself at home once a week. I’ve found logging everything I eat in the app really keeps me from those random handful of pretzels, etc. I also like being able to look up restaurant items to try to stay on even when eating out. I hope this helps. You can do it!
