freygirl1972 @chickie13 hi. I’m wondering if you can answer a question for me. I ordered a necklace and when it came it broke a few hours after I put it on. I reached out to the seller and they commented that they would be happy to send me a replacement. When I went to respond, I found that I cannot comment or send messages to that seller any longer. I also messaged Poshmark directly but no one has returned my message. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

duluthfam Very disappointed in your lack of honestly on kork ease boots you sent back. As I stated in the comments on case you opened, the “peeling” insole was possibly a comfort patch. And it indeed was. You had already peeled both patches off and obviously saw that the insoles were NOT damaged after you removed the comfort patches.

freygirl1972 @duluthfam I’m sorry if you believe there was a “lack of honesty” on my part. When I wrote the message that there was peeling inside the boots, I had not removed those inner patches because I didn’t want add to what I thought was already damage. Poshmark agreed and both of us were reimbursed/compensated. If you have received the boots back then you have been reimbursed, no harm done. You can now take pictures and post them and find a new buyer. I wish you all the best in your future sales.

duluthfam @freygirl1972 at some point you did remove the patches as they were floating in the box when arrived. And for the record I am not compensated through Poshmark, only you receive your refund. I do not receive anything in monetary terms.
