ilovethatshirt hi Jennifer i had to cancel your order, I'm not sure if you saw the message. I was adjusting the strap to package your bag and the little triangle piece came unscrewed. it's small and I can't find it 😱. I am going into Kate spade next week so if I can't find it I will have them put a new one on. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I will get back to you as soon as I find it or next week when I take it to Kate spade.
