First, I'd like to apologize for how long it took to ship the item, I honestly didn't get a single notification it was even purchased until Friday night. I looked through my email and didn't even have a shipping slip so had to request another one. I've never had that happen before, but I'm still very sorry it took longer than it should have. I shipped as soon as I received the notice.

Second, I'm not sure why it smells like Febreeze. I'm also very sensitive to smells, so I don't spray anything (I don't even use perfume). The jacket was never worn, I purchased it and then realized it was too tight on me, so it's just been sitting in a closet for a while now. Maybe it just absorbed the smell from cleaning products I use on the floor? I don't know. Either way, I promise it was not worn nor sprayed. If it were sprayed, it would have ruined the leather.

Anyway, I'm sorry this purchase wasn't a good experience for you. I take extremely good care of all of my items. I hope you find a way to wear the jacket because it's so beautiful.

@dina_lk Hey there, thanks so much for following up. I'd figured maybe you were on vacation or something or it was a crazy week.. No worries! Stuff happens—including annoying random tech glitches..! The jacket is so beautiful I'm definitely not giving up hope, gonna keep it airing for a while, maybe get it in the sun for a bit etc. I really appreciate your response, and thank you again!!

@moevintage918 No worries, I actually thought it was really sweet that you added the extra effort when packing the items! I realize fragrance sensitivity isn't at the forefront of most people's minds and will often inquire beforehand when buying pre-owned, but did not this time (oops!). I just wish I didn't have this allergy hahaha! Thank you again so much!
