rafaelleonor Hi Jennifer, Recently bought a heritage laptop bag from you. The usps tracker says it’s delayed. Do you know if there is anything I can do or anything you might share insight on ? It says it will arrive today but supposedly the package is still in Ohio ? Sincerely, Rafael

rafaelleonor Thanks Jennifer. I’ll keep you posted. What is the best email to reach you at ? Is there a chat feature on Poshmark or de we just leave post ? This is a really nice bag and expensive brand new. Do you know who owned it or how it was used ? I plan on using it extensively for a lot as I work in the utility industry and am mostly in a company truck traveling project to project.

rafaelleonor @liquidmoonbtq Ok - thank you Jennifer. Super excited about this. Like I said, it’s really expensive brand new. A colleague at work highly recommended this brand. Course, he’s a VP so he’s able to buy a new one. The price you were offering was definitely affordable. I’m hoping to get great use out of this bag. So your mother can rest assured it’s going to someone who will take care of it. I called USPS and they said the package is delayed but should arrive April 10th. Let’s see.
