nurselyons23 @pamanne123 I can provide pictures and it is tarnished. Unfortunately I work mandatory 12-16 hour shifts due to covid and was in the middle of my 3 day cycle so did not have time to process a return based on the condition. Therefore I rated appropriately.

nurselyons23 @anambrosern I’m aware. I went to pick it up but they didn’t leave it in a parcel box like usual so I have to go pick it up during business hours. Unfortunately I live in a small town and our post office is only open 3 hours a day. With my nursing hours it’s basically impossible for me to make this 3 hour window. I have someone picking up my mail this morning tho.

sweetapplestore Hi and thanks so much for your purchase of the UGG rain boots! I went to pack them and noticed there are scuffs to the inside of both boots that I failed to disclose - so sorry about that. Please let me know if you’d still like them or how you’d like to proceed. Thanks!
