Hi! Thank you for purchasing my Matt and Nat backpack 😊 there seems to be an issue with the shipping label and it was not sent to me. I have contacted support to request an new one. So shipping may be delayed a wee bit. My apologies! Hope to get this in the mail for you as soon as I get the shipping label. Happy Poshing!😊

@jaybeee86 Hi! I still not have heard any response from customer support and for some reason still cannot get the shipping label to resend. I’m so sorry for the delay, I am usually a very fast shipper and have not experienced this!

Hi Jennifer, you had purchased a Kate Spade Larchmont Malea Black Wallet from me and I had shipped it out December 30th. I just checked the shipping status and the item has been waiting for you to pick up at the post office since January 7th. Don't forget to pick it up otherwise they will send the item back! Did you receive notice that it was delivered?
