kelseysboutique @twinjen10 Of Course! If you’re sending out an offer to all the likers on an item, you just click on the offer to likers button at the top of your listing and put in the price you want to send (has to be at least 10% off, but they can calculate that for you) and it then gives you 2 different shipping discount options.

kelseysboutique @twinjen10 The first says $2.12 which will give them $4.99 shipping and the other option of $7.11 will give them free shipping. The discount will come out of your earnings on that listing and not your bank (that was something I was always worried about at first.)

kelseysboutique @twinjen10 If you want to offer a shipping discount on a bundle, just go to the bundle and hit the offer button, type in your offer price(in a bundle it does not have to be 10% off) and then choose out of the same 2 shipping discount options!
