qureshibee Hey there! I’m new to Poshmark and needed some advice. Before you made your first sale, did you have to buy Amex gift cards worth over $1000 so that your account balance could stay active? They’re doing that to me and if I don’t pay an additional $2k, my sale can’t go through

qureshibee @jenniferherwitt customer service and support are terrible. They’re the ones who are trying to scam me. They make it seem so easy to sell anything on here but won’t let me. I’ve had multiple buyers try to buy stuff but it won’t work.

qureshibee @jenniferherwitt yeah, I emailed customer support and am waiting to hear back. I’ve had people try to purchase items but it just won’t work. I’ve put my information in and nothing. Thanks for your help. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
