Hi Jennifer,
Me again. I’m willing to contact customer support and ask if I can over ride their decision and have them send you a return label for the leather jacket. Providing it is the condition you took in the photo. It’s not your fault or mine, some weird thing that happened but I don’t feel you should pay the price. I’ll just get it back and take the loss. Let me know what you’d like to do on this. I’m willing to help however I can. Thanks.

Hi Shelley,
Don’t worry about it. I’ve gotten some great stuff at great prices at Poshmark, so it’s still worth taking the risk of this sort of thing happening once in awhile. I’ll donate it to the Goodwill. Maybe someone will be able to repair it. I’m already looking on PM for another jacket 😊

Hi. I seriously don’t mind. I should take the hit not you! How about I write customer support to see if they are willing to send a return label and we take it from there? If they don’t, then I guess that’s how they operate, but you should get your money back! I feel horrible b/c it’s not the fault or either of us, I think it was defective without either of us knowing that. Let me know, thanks.

That’s a nice offer, but they have already charged me and paid you. They’re not going to issue a refund after it’s settled. Posh Mark is pretty strict about their return policy. It would have had to have left your place with the rip and arrived at my house already ripped. The fact that I put it on, nullified the return eligibility. Please don’t give this another thought. I will stay away from that brand though. Thanks and maybe we’ll do business again sometime! - Jennifer 😊

I’m sorry for taking so long to accept & rate the dress. It took awhile to get it from the post office because the box you put it in was too big for a locker, so I had to wait for the counter to open. I love the dress though, and again, I’m so sorry for the delay ☹️
