barefootmuse You’re beautiful! So is your fur-babe! We have 3 kidamals. One rescue Pittie who is such a teddy bear. He’s almost 9. We also have a big ole mountain man, he’s part Border Collie, part Black Lab and he’s almost 7 (we call him the “hairiest man we’ve ever loved”! Then our youngest and smallest lil guy is what we think is a Mountain Feist, he’s about 15lbs and is only 3; our 2nd rescue. They’re all the sweetest boys. The only girl we have is our daughter 😂. She’ll be 22 in December. 💕

jadejniper @barefootmuse Yes this is our pup, Ohka. She’s almost 2 years old and also a rescue! My husband and I are not really sure on her breed but she’s the sweetest.. I think 1 is all we can handle now but would love more in the future 😀. Thanks for commenting!

barefootmuse @jadejniper What a lovely name for such a lovely and beautiful pup! Is her name Japanese by any chance? And oh yeah, we certainly have our hands full with the 3 of them - that’s for sure. But when it comes to rescues in particular, we just couldn’t help ourselves with Hunter, the little guy. As we’re not spring chicks anymore, we’re done at 3. Now we just foster on occasion and help find homes for other rescues. 😊

barefootmuse @jadejniper Oh wow! Ohka in Japanese actually means “Cherry Tree blossom”. I’ve been to Japan a few times and I thought it sounded familiar, that’s why I asked. It’s fitting - she looks sweet and beautiful like a Cherry Tree blossom. 💕 Have a beautiful weekend.
