ndcouturegirl Jennifer I saw your review on the broken melt and others appeared to be sweating. I’m so sorry one arrived broken. I don’t have another of the same scent, but if you would like a replacement I do have some others. the look like the wax is “sweating” can happen from temperature changes because of the essential oils used for fragrance. So it’s completely normal and doesn’t effect the product at all. 😊

jenniferpummell @ndcouturegirl ok🙂 I figured that about the sweating, but yes when I opened one a piece fell out it was like a diamond shape, not a square so it was possibly cracked or something. If you would like to send me another bar that would be great 🤩 thank you for reaching out ❤️
