cpanic1 Hi Jennifer, I found out that you need to go to your purchases page, click on the winter cap that was a kids size, go to Problems/Inquiries and select Sent the Wrong Item. I learned the Buyer needs to do this, not the seller. So they will process as soon as they receive that notification from you. They are expecting it since I notified them.
