@jdale1980 I just wanted you to be able to accept the order is all, I'm still sending them out today :) no worries there. I think you have to accept them on the same account which you purchased them on is all

@jdale1980 maybe it is through this account then, there was just a weird long account name when it notified me that these were purchased and when I clicked on it, it said user not found. but I was able to print the label. for VT correct?

Actually I think I know what may have happened...when I was browsing initially I hadn't created an account but then after I selected order and entered all my info it created an account for me there so maybe it was defaulting to the info that was populated before I created an account?
