katydid1986 @jdmarque somehow I ended up receiving your athleta tank. I ordered a Nike windbreaker from the seller a month or so ago. I never received it even though they marked it as pending scan. I finally canceled the purchase after two wks of patiently waiting.

katydid1986 @jdmarque About a week ago I got an email stating my pending/canceled order was now moving so even though they had refunded me the sellers money was paid out and told me to keep the item as a “gift” from posh. The gift is your tank. What a mess!!!! I’m happy to mail it to you but I need a label from posh. I emailed them when I opened the package this morning before I started thinking and looking into it so I’ll keep you updated.

katydid1986 @jdmarque out of curiosity did you get refunded for it? I just really don’t think you should be forced to cover the shipping. That seller is awful!!!! Posh needs to step in and dock her sellers fee to make this right IMO.

jdmarque @katydid1986 I know the feeling- I've done a little sleuthing myself on another item 😁. I did get a confirmation email that there was a refund, but it hasn't posted to my account yet. My last support request was not incredibly helpful, so I'm hoping you have better luck. With it being Saturday, it might be a bit of a delayed response.

jdmarque @katydid1986 The thing that frustrates me is that when I asked about shipping, she kept saying "I'll do it tomorrow" instead of actually letting me know what was going on. By the second message, it should have been evident that the item was missing.

I just honestly think that’s dumb bc if they’re willing to send me a label to send it back to her why not give me the label to you if I don’t care? I’ll try to respond to them this weekend. I just haven’t had the energy or time with work. Like you say it’s like talking to a nonsensical bot. The policies aren’t logical it’s like they want them black and white and that’s not good customer service.

jdmarque @katydid1986 I totally understand, and there's no hurry. Work has been nuts for me too. I had the same experience when I tried to contact them about a package that showed delivered but it had not been. It was like they didn't even read my message and just sent a canned copy/paste response. If it works to look at it this weekend or into next week, that's perfect.
