aprillh81 Hi Jennifer, I ordered the PB pumpkin pillow cover from you. Today I received a notice from USPS advising 18.40 was due in postage as sender “used express envelope”. I am unfortunately not going to pay additional postage and will allow the cover to return to you. I would like the opportunity to repurchase the pillow cover if you are going to repost. Please msg me when you are going to repost. Thank you

aprillh81 @jensirij Maybe just send a message to those people explain the error and offer to repost the item upon return (giving them first dibs on repurchase. I definitely made some shipping missteps when I started Poshing, good luck!

jensirij @aprillh81 I did right away! I wish I could go dig them out of the mailbox, I just dropped them today. Ugh. I’m assuming the post office will make me pay for that mistake. And yes I’m brand new to Poshmark.

aprillh81 @jensirij You can order free shipping supplies from the USPS website. I hope you don’t have to pay anything extra hopefully the items you shipped will just be returned to you. Again when you do receive the pillow cover back that I ordered and you decide to repost please send me a message as I would still like to purchase.

aprillh81 @jensirij Poshmark has advised if I refuse the package it will be sent back to you. You will need to repackage and request a new shipping label from them. Rather than cancelling the order I will let this process take place if that’s agreeable?

jensirij @aprillh81 hi, I see the shipment hasn’t been sent back yet. Not sure how long it will take but I was going to try to offer to send money for the shipment so you could pick it up but Poshmark is blocking me from sending that type of message.

aprillh81 @jensirij I have not received the final notice for delivery so I’m not surprised that it has not begun to ship back to you. I’m not comfortable with transactions off poshmark. You can reach out to customer support for help or cancel the transaction, if that works best for you.

jensirij @aprillh81 hi. I reached out to support and they updated the status to delivered/pending acceptance but did not cancel the transaction. So I reached back out asking how to refund/release the payment back to you. I’ll keep you posted.

aprillh81 @jensirij No they did not, I couldn’t believe it! The lady at the post office said “don’t worry about it this time”. I decided to go pick it up after posh support told me they would give me posh credit if I submitted a receipt. Alls well that ends well and thanks again for the beautiful pillow cover!
