I’m sorry it has been negative? Anything I can help with? The one thing I can say is Poshmark has a really good return policy. If you come across a person selling fake items, they’re very good about rectifying that.

No, i joined on here in search of one particular item and both times I have purchased it from someone who doesn’t seem to be active and I had to ask for a refund both occasions when they didn’t ship. There is no way of contacting the seller, and Oh well!

@jdubsun To prevent that from happening in the future, ask the person first if the item is still available. If it’s an active account they will respond right away. You can also hit “about” On a persons profile and I’ll tell you the last date they were active. For example I was active today so it’ll show that I was active within the hour. If there’s no date or time given, that means the person’s account is inactive and has not logged on in a long time. 🌻
