Hello! You purchased a pair of boho jogger pants from me on August 29th, i shipped them out on August 30th. The tracking information still says it hasn’t arrived, is that true? I contacted posh-mark support over a week ago and haven’t received any updates yet so I’m not sure what to do on my end😪

Hi Jennifer. Thx so much for purchasing the 2 boho tunic tops from me! Sorry for the delay in shipping. When packing, I noticed a small hole on the front of the Lucky Brand top, so I cancelled the order. Your $ will be refunded, but I'm going to send you the top anyway with the pink top you ordered.
