kevinidaho @jenlucks Just curious....What are they getting for apartments around Houston area these days! I remember paying about $380 a month for a 3 bed+2 bath with a patio some 35 plus years ago. Probably near $1.500 K in this economy. Thanks!! Have a great day😉🌞

kevinidaho @jenlucks OMG WOW!!! I didn't think it was that expensive..!! That's absolutely crazy lol... I own a Log home on an acre about 34 miles south of Lewiston Idaho. A small community up on the Prairie here near the National Forest. 4 Bed 2 Bath. 2600 Sq Ft on an acre with a shop. $120,000 just Refinance to $620 per month with taxes and insurance included. 2.75 % interest. Lucky me lol. Still can't believe those prices..
