jennknight07 @dshanno hello, thank you for your offer to help. I had a question regarding: I know we are not to take transactions offline, however every time I list an item I have a comment of someone interested in purchasing but they want me to send them pictures offline to their email, stating the same thing that the pictures are not showing up well on the site. Is this normal or scammers? Advice? Thank you so much for your time. ~Jenn

dshanno @jennknight07 Hi! They are scammers! Don’t respond to them you can report them as well. Go to the top right corner of there page drop down menu hit report it will give you a list to choose from. I hope that helps my friend! ❤️
