I think you came into it, but I did the giveaway so the person had a free shipping then she liked a purse and bought it but I think she paid for shipping. How was I supposed to process that it doesn’t seem to be attached to the free giveawayI need your help thank you.

burnsjennifer @hansekc I'm sorry I missed your show today. If someone wins a givvy in the show and qualifies for free shipping, then that free shipping will automatically be applied to the rest of her order, as long as she buys it from within that same show, but not directly from your closet. Does that make sense?
