I thought maybe the person who it was accidentally sent to never returned it and that's why it didn't get shipped. Poshmark issued me a refund for mix up which is why I thought the item wasn't returned back to you. How can I help?

The tracking says it was deliver but now that you are saying you never got it then I don’t know what happen.

I have a pending purchase at the moment for 5 items that I see are saying we're delivered 2 days ago but I haven't received them. I'll have to accept them on behalf of the seller. I don't think I'll get the items though. 😔 I was told this is a common issue when shipping around the holidays.
