trishahanna Hi Jenny, I want to sincerely apologize for canceling your order and explain what happened. About a week ago, I took 3 trash bags full of clothes to a place I could sell them. I didn't mean to include any of my shoes but I had forgotten to take them out of the bags. The place purchased all of my shoes along with other items, but didn't give me a detailed list of what was sold and I hadn't checked to see what was leftover.

trishahanna Yesterday, I was on my way home to get the shoes and go to the ship store so I marked it as "shipped." Unfortunately, when I went to look for them, I realized what had happened. I am very sorry as I know how it feels to be in the customer's shoes and not be satisfied with an order. Poshmark went ahead and cancelled your order. jnnylws @kthomas1289 hi! There are small pen/marker marks on the front, as well as a 'cut'/missing strap where a buckle should be able to go...across the waist area. I researched the bag and where straps should be and this one is clearly missing the strap... looks cut. I sent pics to Posh.
