omgclosetxplosi Jenny, Thank you for your purchase of my “Joe’s Jeans Destroyed Skinny Ankle”. I actually had just rewashed them to try to get some of the wrinkles out. This time I washed them inside out and I noticed that they had been taken in from the hip to the cuff, thus making the legs skinnier than they would be normally. I’m so sorry I did not notice this before but it appears to be very professionally done.

omgclosetxplosi @jkdwb536 I re-measured the waist too. It’s approx 14 5/8”, which is what the photo w/ tape measure shows. I think I wrote 15” in the text of the listing.

omgclosetxplosi @jkdwb536 OK now this is getting REALLY interesting, LOL. I’ve examined the seams and compared them to another pair of Joe’s Jeans. It could be that they haven’t been altered, this is just how they make them when they’re super skinny. What threw me is the legs are a little narrower than a size 27 pair of Joe’s Jeans that I have. But that pair is “straight ankle” not “skinny ankle ”. At any rate I’m glad I gave you all the measurements.

omgclosetxplosi @jkdwb536 I had another idea, I’m going to meet up with a friend this morning who is approximately your size. I’ll bring the jeans and see if she’ll try them on and tell me how they fit. I’ll ask her if I can take a photo also.

omgclosetxplosi @jkdwb536 At this point, I really think they aren’t altered. I think that this is just the way they’re made, but they are VERY skinny I can’t add photos to the Sold listing but I will try to take some pics today and make a new “not for sale” listing so you can see what the seams look like.
