Sorry Jenny, that’s what I meant. My other buyer got your hat and you may her shoes. My assistant mailed out last week orders after I left out of town. I wrote up the card and she was to mail them out. My goal is to get this corrected for both of you. Please let me know when you get your order. I am back in town on Wednesday. Thank you in advance.

The other buyer is kindly shipping back your Tory Burch hat to me. She definitely have it. As soon as, I get it back I will ship it to you ASAP. You won’t get the other order as it wasn’t shipped out. So sorry as this shouldn’t have happened. Thank you for working with me as I got to the bottom of this.

@drue4321 hi Deborah- thank you so much for the communication and generous offer. Things like this can happen, and have before a few times with poshmark orders. I’m always terrified myself of mixing up packages when sending multiple :) it’s not an inconvenience at all- I will wait patiently for the hat whenever it gets here. Thank you!
