@jsock I’m wondering why, as opposed to just rating me 1 star maybe asking what may have happened? I shipped you the correct top to the address that was on the original shipping label on May 11th. I didn’t even ask you to return the (cashmere) J. Crew sweater I sent, and still sent the correct one - I lost money on this entire transaction. Plus, my health is not good and I have been going through a terrible time. Things sometimes happen in life that we have no control over. People make mistakes.

@jsock @jsock I’ve already paid for shipping the second sweater, and as I already told you I shipped it on the 11th. You should have received it. I can’t tell you when you’ll get it because I am not the post office. You are the only person to rate me 1 star since I’ve been doing this. I’m not paying for shipping again for an item that sold for $15 when I shipped the 2nd sweater out already. You can tell by my feedback that I’m an honest seller, and as I said - it was a mistake.

I just got done speaking to someone from the my local USPS he said that it might be that it’s just not getting scanned. He will red flag this tracking number to make sure it’s not heading in the wrong direction. I also enrolled to receive notifications and if I don’t see it tracking in the next few days I will call them again. I am so sorry this is happening. I hope it gets straightened out soon.
